RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Siren's Secrets wants you to be confident with your purchases, and make shopping online with us a safe, pleasant, convenient experience. If at any time you find a defect of any kind on erchandise you have purchased from Siren's Secrets please follow the directions below to send a brief email describing the defect and we will send a replacement item, free of charge.

Returns are for exchange only, no credit card refunds will be issued. Also please note that exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee, plus reshipping costs. Items labeled "Special Order" are final sale. All leather and accessories items are final sale. Customer must contact Siren's Secrets within 3 days of receipt, and we will email detailed instructions and authorization for you to receive receive a free replacement. Please allow 14 business days for returns and/or exchanges to process.

For your protection, health regulations prohibit the return or exchange of intimate apparel; including but not limited to thongs, bikinis, lingerie, swimwear, intimate costumes, wigs or any other garment of that nature. Exchanges must be made within 3 days of recieving items. Sorry, No Exceptions.

NOTE: EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR RETURNS MADE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.

Unauthorized returns will be refused, or shipped back at customer's expense. Finally, any merchandise returned to Siren International as "Refused" or "Unauthorized" returned shipments (without RA#) will result in a 35% restocking fee plus any shipping costs incurred by Siren's Secrets, billed to the customer's credit card, and a store credit, good for 1 day, issued for any
remaining balance. No credit card refunds will be issued. Any damage as a result of mishandling or packing or missing accessories will be deducted from the refunded amount. Sorry, No Exceptions.

DIRECTIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

For Return and/or Exchange Authorization, please email Customer Care within 3 days of the receipt of your order.

**PLEASE NOTE: The U.S. Department of Health prohibits the return or exchange of intimate apparel; including but not limited to thongs, bikinis, lingerie, underwear, swimwear, intimate costumes, or any other garment of that nature.

In your email, please provide your:
(1) Order Number, (5 or 6 digit number on top of order slip, next to "sirenssecrets -")
(2) Last Name
(3) Date of Purchase
(4) Item #, description of defect, and your request for a replacement item.

A reply will be made to you by email within 24 hours containing return authorization number and shipping information.

Please email us and ask about our special "Gift Receipt" if you are making a gift purchase for a holiday or special occassion and are concerned about missing our 14 day return/exchange policy.
